Indialaw LLP Appoints Khushboo Rupani As Associate Partner To Head ADR And Criminal Litigation Practices In Mumbai

Mumbai: IndiaLaw LLP has appointed Khushboo Rupani as an Associate Partner at its Mumbai office, where she will head the firm's Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Criminal Litigation practices.

Rupani's practice will focus on arbitration, mediation, conciliation and criminal litigation, with her appointment strengthening IndiaLaw's capabilities in dispute resolution and contentious matters.

Her ADR practice will cover disputes across areas including construction and infrastructure, banking and finance, insurance, media and entertainment, and commercial contracts, while her criminal practice will include white-collar crimes, economic offences, bank fraud, cheating, forgery and anti-corruption matters.

With the appointment, IndiaLaw further strengthens its ADR and Criminal Litigation practices in Mumbai, while adding depth to its wider Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice.
