The court rejected the platform's appeal against the Single Judge's July 18, 2023, order passed in favour of RxPrism Health Systems Private Limited. Holding that the Single Judge had correctly focused on a claim-to-product comparison, the Court found no error in claim mapping or in comparing the prior art with the claims of the Suit Patent.
