MCA Joint Secretary Tanvi Sundriyal Appointed As Ex-Officio Member Of IBBI

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has appointed Tanvi Sundriyal, Joint Secretary in the Ministry, as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

The appointment was notified through a Gazette notification dated October 28, 2026. Sundriyal will represent the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on the IBBI Board.

Sundriyal is a 2010 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. She assumed charge as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi, on October 10, 2026.
