With these promotions, the firm continues to strengthen its bench across Banking & Financial Services, Private Client, Corporate Litigation, Corporate, and Real Estate practice groups.

SNG & Partners has announced its annual promotions across designations for the financial year 2026–27, spanning multiple practice groups under the Corporate & Non-Contentious Practice Group.

Jahnavi Dwarkadas has been elevated to Partner in the Private Client Practice Group, and Sweta Mehta has been promoted to Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice Group. Lokesh Malik has been elevated as Associate Partner in the Corporate Litigation Practice Group. In addition, Manan Pant has been promoted to Principal Associate in the Banking & Finance Practice Group, Ayushi Parnami to Principal Associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Practice Group, and Aniket Pinto to Principal Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Speaking on the promotions, Founder & Chairman, Rajesh Narain Gupta said, “These individuals have truly earned their elevation through the quality of work they bring every day. We have always believed that the strength of every firm lies in the leaders it creates, as that ultimately contributes to the institutional mission of the firm and reflects that the organisation grows beyond the individuals who founded it. Each of these professionals has consistently brought immense value to the Firm, while also contributing meaningfully to the growth of their respective practices.”

Commenting on the philosophy for career progression and promotions, Amit Aggarwal, Managing Partner (Corporate & Non-Contentious Practice) added:

“At the Firm, merit is given preference over conventional parameters such as years of experience, which often paves the way for fast-track promotions. Jahnavi, Sweta, Lokesh, Manan, Ayushi, and Aniket have made significant contributions towards the growth of the Firm by mentoring teams, handling a diverse spectrum of work, taking ownership, and playing an active role in institution building. We are excited about the road ahead and co-building the firm with the existing and new cohort of leaders.”
