Rohatgi: whether we have an SIT , if the affidavit filed by the ED they have set out what they are doing, I have a proposal to make- in the sense, since the govt is here, if to the good offices of the Court, they can form a committee and lets have a look at it, what amount is due, that is one way to look at it, instead of going for prosection, these are my instructions
SG: we are not averse to registering seperate, severable offenses
Bhushan ; Bank of Baroda details the manner in which the funds were lodged out, the bank has not registered complaint till 2025, first arrest happened only day before yesterday, this is the largest bank fraud committed
CJI: nature of offense may be the same, but the complainants are different, the manner of transactions are different, ultimately it will constitute seperate offences, why are they not registering those
