CCI Approves MacRitchie Investments' Stake Acquisition In Curefit Healthcare

The Competition Commission of India on Tuesday approved the acquisition of an additional stake in Curefit Healthcare Private Limited by MacRitchie Investments Pte Ltd.

According to a press release, the proposed combination involves MacRitchie acquiring a certain stake in Curefit to supplement the Curefit's capital requirements in the fitness sector.

MacRitchie is an investment holding company and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.

Curefit Healthcare is the parent entity of the Curefit Healthcare Group, which is primarily engaged in the fitness sector.
